Job Description

Advocat is searching for a motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support
  • Maintaining customer relationships
  • Owning customer management processes
  • Implementing new customer tools
  • Querying customer information
  • Reviewing customer analytics
  • Assisting with onboarding new customers
  • Anything related to building a healthy relationship with our customers!

This is a new role, and will have enormous opportunity to shape the development of our customer success organization. We're a fast-paced, early stage startup, and they sky is the limit!

This role reports directly to the product organization.

This is a full time role, with 2-3 days of hybrid work in the office expected. We're located in Bellevue, WA.
